2020-21 has been a difficult time for all. The most fundamental aspects of humans, naturally social beings, have been stripped from us due to COVID-19. Visiting friends and family has become a challenge for many, and for me and many individuals. Nevertheless, meeting the students at The HUB and hearing about the love and support they give for each other truly moved me. It was an honor to meet all of the young students and I appreciate Dacamera Young Artist Program and The HUB for this opportunity to write for them. I would also like to thank Alexandra Smither for being an amazing collaborator.
